Corn miso soup with napa and egg tofu

My roommate doesn't like tofu... so this is my attempt to trick him.  Such a baby lol.  I got lazy and didn't want to re-boil water just to cook the corn.. and then repeat with the chicken stock from last night... Laziness pays off!  Good soup!
