Parmesan chicken, broccoli and ranch mashed potatoes.

As appetizing this picture is... I got complaints from my roommate that the potatoes were not exactly mashed. That's what he gets for not helping. Bahaha.

I don't like to be wasteful with food. So I try to use every bit of everything. The sauce for the parm chicken is totally the same sauce. No one is judging right? RIGHT?!

Mmm midnight snack. This is one of the only things my roommate has made for me. I'm actually not complaining. I'm just mildly lactose intolerant with milk... Bubble guts.
