Mussel bisque.

For this recipe, I used the leftover sauce from the other night... The broth was amazing. Pan fried some bacon Did a light boil... And added milk because I didn't have cream. Thickened it with flour. Seasoned with herb and lemon. Probably not the exact way to make a bisque but shiz tasted great. Whatevers.
